At Fort Aguada, history doesn’t just live in walls — it lives through stories, sound, and light. When Goa’s iconic 17th-century fortress was restored, We were entrusted with transforming it into a digital museum — one that could make centuries of legacy come alive through immersive technology and storytelling.
​From curating the narrative and visual language to designing every interactive zone, we built a multi-sensory experience that redefines how visitors engage with history. Each exhibit — from large-format projections and touchscreen interactives to archival timelines and motion-controlled installations — was crafted to reveal Goa’s journey of land, people, and struggle in a way that is both emotional and experiential.​
Our team handled the entire digital transformation — concept, content, UI/UX, software, fabrication integration, and on-ground execution — ensuring a seamless blend of heritage, design, and innovation.
